Uncommon Grounds Rebranding Project

I worked closely with the creative and production teams at my internship with HMC Advertising to complete my own re-branding project for a local coffee shop in Vermont. This project allowed me to practice the phases of the re-branding process: concept development (scope of work), budgeting and project planning, internal and external market research, strategic brand development (personas, creative concept development), creative design (logo, message strategy etc.), marketing (MarCom plan), media production, and final execution. The knowledge I gained through completing this project and others has helped me to better understand what intrigues people within a certain segment, their attitudes, and what appeals to them visually, psychologically and demographically. Most importantly, my experience at HMC allowed me to discover that the key to the entire process is the people, whether it is your coworkers or your clients.
